A red dawn rises, and it heralds the new range of Moo Brew Limited Release craft beers—on tap, but also in snazzy new cans(!). We’ll be dropping these sporadically going forward (as and when we see fit), and for the first we’ve gone for a Red IPA (notoriously difficult to make properly, particularly getting the colour right, but we’ve nailed it). If you look up the dictionary definition of ‘pleased with it,’ you’ll find a picture of us holding a sixpack. It’s a cracking beer, and a fine launchpad for what will surely be a long-running series of weird, experimental (and sometimes just new) craft beers from Tasmania.
The Red IPA is going to be launched at Dark Mofo in Hobart (across all the usual suspects — Winter Feast, Night Mass, and In The Hanging Garden), but it’ll be available at other venues shortly after (on tap, and in beer cans).
