We’re teaming up with the Cradle Mountain Hotel to offer a one-of-a-kind winter dinner with matched Moo Brew beers, in the relaxed and toasty Altitude Restaurant in one of Tasmania's most iconic national parks.
Conveniently falling on the last day of winter, the day before Father’s Day (if you needed an excuse). The fire will be blazing, and the five courses of hearty, wintry mountain food has been selected to perfectly match the beers. Think dry-aged Wagyu beef, trout tartare, 15 hour Cape Grim beef cheek and d’Anvers chocolate tart prepared by the Hotel's German Executive Chef (loves a beer).
Moo Brewer Jack will be on hand to MC the evening and guide you through the beers (and answer anything you’ve always wanted to know about Moo but were too afraid to ask).
It’s shaping up to be a night to remember.
