Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges

  • We don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind.
  • Apparel can be exchanged for a different size if that size is still available. Please email us at beer@moobrew.com.au to arrange an exchange.
  • If your order is damaged or faulty, you can get a full refund or exchange (subject to availability) by filling out the following form.
  • Along with completed return form send us your damaged / faulty goods, along with proof of postage payment and we will reimburse you the cost. Address returns to:

  • If we deem a product to be not damaged or faulty, we won’t reimburse you for postage.
  • A refund or exchange will not be processed until the product/s are returned in their original condition and packaging. We’ll email you when this happens.
  • If your order takes longer to arrive than the advertised delivery time, this is not grounds for a refund.
