We asked New Zealand and Australian farmers for their best hops. Then, in the spirit of international cooperation, we used them to make a Trans-Tasman IPA.

Style

An NZ IPA style with a touch of West Coast IPA leanness.

Flavour nonsense

Features bright tropical fruit, white grape, cantaloupe, lychee and fresh pine. Coupled with some classic NZ hop diesel character.

Canned Facts

The New Zealand hops we used were NZ106 and Nelson Sauvin. Send a big chur to our Kiwi comrades for sharing them with us.
